Mid-Autumn Festival is celebrated on the 15th day of the 8th month. It is a joyful festival I like most because we can have a lot of fun.

I eat moon cakes and play with lanterns with my family. My mother always tells me some myths about the moon at Mid-Autumn Festival. I like watching the moon while I am enjoying the tasty snowy moon cakes. Furthermore, my parents and I usually make our own lanterns. We design many different funny cartoons on our lanterns together. It is amazing.

I also like joining party at my grandmother's home every year. Besides enjoying the delicious moon cakes, my relatives and I like playing some guessing games too. I usually create some tricky riddles for my grandparents. They do enjoy them.

I love Mid-Autumn Festival so much. I hope the full moon will be shining in the dark sky every night.
