It was the hottest morning in July. I wanted to swim so mum took us to the beach. In the morning Mum put sun block, some food, sandwiches, a coke and water in the basket. We got to the beach by bus. We were excited.

We arrived at the beach. Mum enjoyed the sunbath. Sam wanted to swim. I wanted to swim too!

Suddenly, a big wave came. The big wave took Sam to the middle of sea. He shouted, “Help!” Then Mum rushed to the safe guard, ‘My son is in trouble.’ Then the safe guard rescued Sam. We thanked him.

Finally, someone called the police. Sam was sent to the hospital. He was discharged the day after.
