Once there was a lion king who was too old to hunt for food, so he came up with a trick. He pretended to be sick and sent out the news hoping that everyone would come to visit him.

Some animals went to see him out of kindness, but they were eaten as soon as they walked into the lion king’s place.

A fox found this out, so he stood outside when he visited the lion king.

“Dear fox, since you came here for me, why don’t you come inside?” The lion king asked.

“My lord, because I saw many animals go into your place but I haven’t seen anyone walk out from there. May I ask you why? If someone walks out from your place, I will surely go in there, but not now.”

On hearing this, the lion king was speechless.
