Becoming Friends

I first met Kenney when I was in Primary five. In the summer holiday, I joined a summer camp. The camp was boring and I had no friends in the camp. I was upset and wanted to get home. When I was very bored, Kenney talked and played with me. She was a good girl. Although her family was rich, she was friendly and helpful.

We played with each other every day in the camp. When someone teased me, she would comfort me at the first moment. I was deeply touched and wanted to cry when she helped me. She made me feel warm. I thought she was the kindest people in the world.

When the summer camp finished, we said goodbye to each other. But I forgot to ask her phone number and address. I was sad because I could not play with her. I missed her and hoped that we could play together again.
