“Lost wealth may be replaced by industry, lost knowledge by study, lost health by temperance or medicine, but lost time is gone forever”is an instructive saying which reminds us of the right use of time. By the right use of time is meant that we should employ the odds and ends of our time in useful work, instead of wasting them on trifles. There is unconsciously wasted in our everyday life much invaluable time, which, should it be used right, would make our life fruitful. We put off what we ought to do, and take pleasure in chatting and listening to worthless things. Often, when we have nothing to do, we indulge ourselves in bad habits and unprofitable hobbies. It is really a great loss to us.
