Shuffle the deck and then fan facedown allowing a spectator to select a card.while he is studying the card,reverse the deck so that when the card is replaced,the wide end will be with the narrow end cards.Shuffle thoroughly,then"strip"out the spectstor's card.Remember,when you replace the card,turn it so that the narrow end is again at the narrow end of the deck.
