Endy was born in Hong Kong with one brother and one sister. At the age of 13, he graduated from junior college in Hong Kong and moved to New Zealand to continue his study.

In New Zealand, Endy was exposed to different kinds of music and later on he found himself especially interested in band sound music. He started to learn Guitar and formed his own band Zarahn with three of his music comrades Joey, Goro and Jerry, who are also came from Hong Kong as well.

Apart from giving live band performance, Endy started to develop his own interest in music composition and he also sent out his demo tapes to some Hong Kong music producers and record companies in order to fulfill his dream as a singer.

After he graduated from his college, Endy decided to go to Japan to continue his study on Fine Arts. There he also met his wife, a Korean girl who also studied in Japan.

Endy later on moved back to Hong Kong with his wife. His daughter, Clara, was born in Hong Kong a year after his marriage.

In 2003 Endy was introduced to Warner Music Hong Kong Limited by veteran music producer Mr. Joannes Lam. After listened to his demos, the company decided to sign up this young artist.

In 2004 April, Endy's first debut mini-album was released in Hong Kong. The album was widely acclaimed by music critics and his love ballad "Meguro" has become one of the hits of the year. In this album most of the tracks were produced and composed by Endy himself. It is very rare in Hong Kong music industry that an artist could be so involved in the production of an album.

Endy's second album "Greenhouse Balloon" was released by the end of 2004. The first single "Incompetent" was serviced to the Hong Kong radio station and received a good response.

Endy's performance was promising by winning a number of awards in 2004.
